Introductory training for new employees:
From the moment of its conception, HR department supports and assists new employees. The introductory training is provided to all new-comers within 1 week from the start of employment a GEROPHARM. In this training, new employees learn all about the group, get acquainted with the internal structure and get all the necessary administrative information. Also, during the first three months, employees undergo a course of lectures on circulation of medicines, and after the first three months of work, each employee will receive a memorable gift.
