We create room for inspiration and support the desire of young specialists to get knowledge. GEROPHARM participates in different student events: case championships, tournaments, Olympiads, scientific conferences; it helps students dive into business environment, solve cases from the life of a modern pharmaceutical companies, develop competences necessary for future profession.
In spring of 2019 GEROPHARM together with Sartorius and PHARMINNOTECH held a case championship for the first time.
Case championships are a modern format of communication with students of universities and schools, it facilitates more effective interaction between students and business. The participants solve applied tasks and are estimated by experts representing different companies.
4 areas: Bioanalytics, Uppstream, Downstream, Quality Control. These processes underpin work of any modern biotechnological full-cycle company.
Format of a case championship is interesting and productive, it covers big audience of talented people across Russia. Solving cases helps immerse into the specifics of work at the production site and in R&D department of a pharmaceutical company and look at pharma not only through lectures and books but through real tasks.
