Pyotr Rodionov’s Interview to the Vedomosty

Last week, General Director of GEROPHARM Pyotr Rodionov gave an extensive interview to the Vedomosty journalist. He told the newspaper how the company addresses the challenges resulting from rearranging logistic chains and interaction patterns with suppliers.

One of the burning issues was the issue of insulin prices. Pyotr Rodionov explained why the rise in prices is inevitable today, why the Federal Antimonopoly Service’s regulation of purchase prices does not work, and why patients have no reason to worry.

He also discussed the company’s plans to manufacture the entire range of insulins in Russia, investments in production facilities expansion, and ambitious export plans.
