The product inhibits the development of blood clots and antiplatelet action, thus increasing microvascular perfusion, and prevents thrombosis in prostatic venules.

Indications. Chronic prostatitis.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to components of the product.
Posology and method of administration
Rectal, one suppository a day, after spontaneous defecation or enema. Following the suppository insertion, the patient should stay in bed for 30–40 minutes. The duration of treatment with Prostateks is at least 10 days.
The treatment can be repeated if necessary.
If the treatment does not bring any improvement or if symptoms aggravate or new symptoms occur, please consult your doctor.

Overdose
No cases of overdose with Prostateks have been reported.

Special precautions
The product is intended for use in adult men only; not to be used in women or children.
Treatment of chronic prostatitis should be comprehensive; it should combine Prostateks both with other groups of medicines and non-medication methods.
Prior to the treatment of chronic prostatitis and during the treatment, if necessary, prostatic fluid test is recommended.
During the benign prostate treatment with the product, it is advisable to regularly see your doctor for a routine control. Before you start the treatment, please make sure your prostate problem is benign.
Effects on ability to drive or operate machinery
The product does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration of attention and rapid psychomotor reactions (such as driving and operating moving machinery).
